This policy covers the public Business Paddi site: demo requests, newsletter signups, and how operational records are treated once a workspace is provisioned.
The public site collects the details you type into the walkthrough form and newsletter: name, work email, business name, location count, plan interest, and any process notes you choose to share. Login fields on this marketing site are not connected to a live workspace.
We use walkthrough requests to prepare a guided workflow review — typically payroll approvals, inventory logs, payment-security alerts, or batch tracking. Newsletter addresses receive operational briefings. We do not sell this information.
If your team becomes a customer, payroll, stock, payout, and batch records are stored as an audit trail for your business. Access follows the roles agreed in onboarding: staff submit, reviewers approve, owners retain the control layer.
Demo and newsletter records are kept only as long as needed to respond and send the updates you asked for. Customer audit retention follows the plan you select, including the six-month Starter history and unlimited Growth history described on the pricing table.
